Meet Alister
In 2011 I was working as a marketing executive in London and was chronically stressed, working hard and partying harder to mask the pain and vulnerability I was feeling inside. Several hospital visits, including a life-threatening experience of pneumonia, began to wake me up to the fact that things had to change. That’s when meditation found me. As I began to follow a holistic path, studying eastern meditation techniques, mysticism and philosophy, a 2014 synchronistic meeting with a friend who was a shaman would change my life forever.
It was the start of a very exciting journey, one full of purpose and meaning…
