Alister Gray is a spiritual teacher, guide, mentor, and yogi. He's also a coach to some of the worlds leading brands, organisations, executives, and creatives. His mission in life is to awaken love in as many hearts as possible, guiding people to realise the truth of their nature and to experience more love, joy, peace, compassion, and connection. He lives in the UK with his wife and soulmate Ilaria and his beloved daughter Rumi.
